Which cookies this site uses
None. This site doesn't install cookies in your browser, neither first-party nor third-party.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser to recognize you or remember things. The law also uses the term for other ways of storing data on your device, so here we tell you about the only two that come into play.
Your motion preference
Some pages have moving elements and a button to pause them. If you press it, the site saves your choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage), so it stays paused next time.
- Name:
artifizia:pausa - What it stores: a
1if you paused the motion or a0if you resumed it. No personal data or anything that identifies you. - When it's stored: only when you press the button. If you don't press it, nothing is stored.
- Who reads it: only this site, in your browser. It isn't sent to any server.
- How long it lasts: it doesn't expire on its own. It stays until you clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Anti-bot verification on forms
On pages with a form (the AI Scan request, the Library and its resources, and the confirmation pages) we load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that whoever submits is a person and not a program. It loads only when the form is about to appear on screen or when you enter it.
As we have it configured, Turnstile leaves no cookies on this site: it generates a one-time code that travels with the form and that our server validates with Cloudflare. To run the check, Cloudflare analyzes technical signals from your browser, such as the IP address or browser type. How it handles those signals is explained in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
What we don't use
- Analytics: we don't measure visits today. If we turn on measurement, it will be cookieless and we'll add it here first.
- Typefaces: we serve them from our own domain. Your browser doesn't contact any external service to load them.
- Advertising and social networks: there are no tracking pixels, embedded videos, or social buttons that load third-party content.
Why you don't see a cookie notice
The law requires your consent to store data in your browser, except when it's strictly necessary to provide a service you request (art. 22.2 of Spain's Information Society Services Act, LSSI-CE). You store the motion preference yourself when you press the button, and the anti-bot check is necessary to submit the form you want to submit. That's why we don't ask for consent or show you a notice.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add something that needs your consent, we'll ask for it before using it and update this page and its date. For any question, you'll find our contact details in the legal notice, and what we do with your data in the privacy policy.
