Who processes your data
The controller of your data is Martín Domingo, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 60485106M and address at Carrer Eduard Maristany 86, 08912 Badalona (Barcelona). For any privacy matter, write to us at team@artifizia.com.
We haven't appointed a data protection officer because, given the type and volume of data we handle, we aren't required to.
In a nutshell
- We only handle the data you give us in a form and the technical data needed for the site to work and stay protected.
- We have no visitor database. What you submit through a form reaches us as an email in our inbox.
- Each form has a single purpose, and we only write to you for other reasons if you ask.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI Scan request
What data we ask for. Your name, your email, your main account (a handle or a website), whether you sell something of your own today, how you found us, and, only if you already earn revenue, your monthly revenue range. Optionally, how much AI you use today and anything else you want to tell us. The form also adds on its own the page of the site you came from and, if the link carries them, the campaign tags (utm).
What for. To read your request, prepare your AI Scan, and write to you about it. The origin helps us know which channels bring us requests.
One clarification. Your answers about whether you sell and about your revenue only decide which confirmation page you see on submitting. We receive every request and people read them: no automated decision with effects on you is made.
Legal basis. Handling a request from you prior to a possible contract (art. 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The origin, our legitimate interest in knowing how people find us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
The required fields are required because without them we can't prepare the Scan. If you don't want to provide them, we won't be able to handle the request.
How long. 12 months from our last contact, if we don't end up working together.
Downloading a resource
What data we ask for. Your email. With it we record which resource you requested, the date, whether you ticked the alerts box and, if the link carries them, the campaign tags (utm).
What for. To send you the resource by email. We also receive an internal notice with that data, which helps us know which resources are used and keep a record of whether you accepted alerts.
Legal basis. Handling your request to receive the resource (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Downloading a resource doesn't sign you up for anything. The alerts box comes unchecked and is separate.
How long. 12 months from our last contact, if we don't end up working together.
New resource alerts
What data we ask for. Your email and the page you signed up from.
What for. To email you when we publish a new resource. Nothing else.
Legal basis. Your consent, which you give by ticking the box or submitting the alerts form (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 LSSI-CE).
How to unsubscribe. Anytime and at no cost: reply to any alert or write to team@artifizia.com. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it.
For now we send the alerts ourselves from our Google Workspace inbox. If we ever use a sending tool, we'll add it here before we start using it.
How long. Until you unsubscribe.
Technical data when browsing
Like any website, the server receives, on every visit, your IP address, browser type, and the page you request. It needs them to show you the site.
On pages with a form we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that whoever submits is a person and not a program. Turnstile analyzes technical signals from your browser, such as the IP address or browser type, and when you submit the form our server sends your IP to Cloudflare to validate the check. It leaves no cookies in your browser; details are in the cookie policy.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and in protecting the forms against abuse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
To improve its bot detection, Cloudflare also processes those signals on its own, as a controller. It explains this in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
Our server's technical error logs don't store the data you type into the forms.
Measurement
Today we don't measure visits to the site. If we turn on measurement, it will be cookieless and we'll say so here first.
Who else sees your data
We don't disclose your data to anyone, unless a law requires us to. We do work with providers who process it on our behalf and only to provide us their service:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site, runs the server that receives the forms, and provides Turnstile.
- Resend, Inc.: sends the emails. Everything you type into a form goes through Resend, because it travels in the email that reaches us and, if you requested a resource, in the one we send you.
- Google (Google Workspace): hosts the inbox where we receive those emails and from which we send new-resource alerts.
Data outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Resend are US companies and may process your data there. Both state that they adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission, and they also use the Commission's standard contractual clauses as a backup.
Google is also a US company and may process outside the European Union the data in our Google Workspace inbox, with the same safeguards: the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- AI Scan requests: 12 months from our last contact, if we don't end up working together.
- Resource downloads: 12 months from our last contact, if we don't end up working together.
- New-resource alerts: until you unsubscribe.
After that period, we delete the emails or block them for as long as the law requires us to keep them to address possible liabilities.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you what data of yours we have (access);
- correct it (rectification) or delete it (erasure);
- stop using it (objection) or use it only for some things (restriction);
- give it to you in a format you can take elsewhere (portability);
- withdraw the consent you gave us, when that is the reason for processing.
Write to us at team@artifizia.com saying which right you want to exercise, from the email you used on the form. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we'll ask for something more to verify it. We'll reply within one month at most; if the case is complex, that period can be extended by two more months and we'll let you know.
If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es. We'd appreciate it if you tell us first, in case we can resolve it.
Minors
The site is intended for adults who have or are building a business. If you're under 14, don't send us your data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and its date. If the change affects something you consented to, we'll ask you again before applying it.
