My content system: what each part does and what it saves you
Updated on
SYSTEMThis is the map of the system that makes my content while I record: what each part does, what you stop doing, and what stays in your hands. It's what doesn't fit in a reel. You can use it today to draw yours and decide what you let go of and what you never let go of.
Why a map and not a list of tools
When your business depends on your body, the way out they offer you is always the same: hire people. Someone to edit, someone to answer messages, someone to filter who's worth calling. I didn't want a team of people. I wanted a system with roles, where my job is judgment and direction, and the system does the execution.
That's why what I'm giving you is a map and not a list of tools. It doesn't show what each part runs on: that's the system working. It shows what each one does, what you stop doing, and what stays yours. That's enough to draw yours.
The cycle: four stops and a center
My system runs a four-stop cycle: research, produce, engage, and qualify. In the center there's one thing: it learns what worked. What comes out of the center is scale: more pieces and more formats without you putting in more hours.
In my case, each stop is run by an agent with a role: a radar, an analyst, a scriptwriter, and an editor. Four agents, one system. I'll walk through them one by one.
Research: the radar and the analyst
The radar reads my niche every week. It transcribes every reel and classifies it. The analyst measures which one really took off and tells me why. It doesn't count likes.
What it saves you: watching reels in your niche “for inspiration” with no criteria, and staring at loose metrics that don't tell you what to do on Monday.
What stays in your hands: deciding what you talk about. The system proposes; you choose.
Produce: the scriptwriter and the editor
The scriptwriter takes what worked and proposes hooks and a script in my voice. The one I read in the reel, for example. The editor does the rest: transcribes my raw footage, cuts my silences, and assembles the reel.
What it saves you: the blank page and the hours of editing for every reel.
What stays in your hands: your face, your voice, and the recording. That isn't delegated, and it's exactly what's worth the most.
Engage and qualify: from comment to conversation
When someone comments a word on a reel, what the reel promised reaches them by message. That's how what I promise in every reel gets delivered. Then the system sorts out who's asking out of curiosity and who has a business with the problem you solve, and leaves the conversation ready for you.
What it saves you: answering messages one by one and filtering by hand who's serious.
What stays in your hands: the conversation with the people worth having it with.
Learn: the memory, and my week
The agents aren't what matters. The memory is. Everything lives in one database: what one learns, the next one uses. What took off this week is already in next week's script, without me having to remember.
That's why the map is a cycle and not a list. Without memory, every week you start from zero and each part works alone. With memory, the system improves with every loop, and that's where volume comes from.
My week looks like this: on Sunday the system analyzes. On Monday I record. That's it.
How to use it
- Take a real week, the last one, and write down what you did to publish: from choosing the topic to answering messages. One line per task, the small ones too.
- Put each task at a stop in the cycle: research, produce, engage, or qualify.
- Mark each task as judgment (deciding, choosing, talking to someone) or execution (searching, transcribing, cutting, replying, filtering).
- What's judgment stays with you. What's execution is what a system can do: count how many hours of your week go there.
- Ask yourself what your system learns from one week to the next. If the answer is “nothing,” that's the gap.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't tell you what each part runs on: models, tools, thresholds. That's the system working, and it doesn't fit on a map.
- It doesn't build the system for you. It's a map for deciding what you let go of and what you keep.
- It doesn't replace your face or your judgment. Those two stay on your side in any version of this map.
Questions
Does it work for my niche? If you sell knowledge and already have an audience, yes. The cycle is the same; what changes is the niche the radar reads and the voice that goes into the scripts.
Do I lose my voice if a system writes for me? The scriptwriter writes from what you've already said and what worked, and you record it. If it sounds like someone else, the system is badly built.
Where do I start? With step 1 of “How to use it.” The task list already tells you how much of your week is execution.
